Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier.

Online: Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Over the phone: You can call us on 02086439375 and place your order over the phone and pay by credit card over the phone.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard and debit cards.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you a confirmation of your order. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling

IF YOU PAY BY CHEQUE PLEASE ADD ON POSTAGE TO THE TOTAL AS ON THE CHART BELOW, AND MAKE THE CHEQUE PAYABLE TO TWICE AS NICE.

Within the UK and other European countries:
Items are sent by recorded delivery, 1st class

For orders with a value under £40 the charge is £2.50;
for orders with a value between £40.01-£100 the charge is £3.50;
for orders with a value between £100.01-£200 the charge is £4,
for orders with a value between £200.01-£500 the charge is £6;
all orders over £500 ON QUOTATION.
Please contact us for Order values higher than that amount.



For the USA:
All orders are posted by airmail parcel post. We retain proof of postage

For orders with a value under 70 USD the charge is 9 USD;
for orders with a value between 70.01 USD-172 USD the charge is 11 USD
for orders with a value between 172.01 USD-344 USD the charge is 14 USD,
for orders with a value between 344.01 USD-861 USD the charge is 15 USD
all orders over 861 USD are 20 USD with a limit to 1500 USD.

For Australia:
All orders are posted by airmail parcel post. We retain proof of postage

For orders with a value under 93 AUD the charge is 14 AUD;
for orders with a value between 93.01 AUD-233 AUD the charge is 16 AUD
for orders with a value between 233.01 AUD-466 AUD the charge is 11 AUD,
for orders with a value between 466.01 AUD-999.99 AUD the charge is 30 AUD
all orders over 1000 AUD are 40 AUD with a limit to 1500 AUD.

will be dispatched within 1 to 4 working days from receiving your order, by 1st class recorded delivery.
f you want SPECIAL DELIVERY for urgent delivery or more expensive items then please call us on 02086439375 or email us at info@she-rocks.co.uk (this will be £3.50 extra).

HANDMADE TO ORDER ITEMS
will be dispatched within 2 to 7 working days from receiving your order (depending on stock availability) by 1st class recorded delivery. Apart from tiaras which may take upto 2 weeks to be dispatched.
f you want an item to be dispatched more urgently or by SPECIAL DELIVERY then please call us on 02086439375 (Special Delivery will be £3.50 extra)

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AND DELIVERIES.

ONE-OFF ITEMS AND NOT HANDMADE TO ORDER ITEMS
will be dispatched within 2 to 4 working days from receiving your order, by 1st class airmail and delivery times depend on country of delivery.

HANDMADE TO ORDER ITEMS
will be dispatched within 2 to 7 working days from receiving your order (depending on stock availability) by 1st class airmail. Apart from tiaras which may take upto 2 weeks to be dispatched and delivery times will depend on country of delivery.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
